When Alignment Speaks, the Universe Gets Loud

Mar 10, 2026

There are moments in life when things feel forced.

When you’re pushing.
Strategizing.
Trying to logically map out the next step.

And then there are moments when something shifts.

You ask a question… and suddenly the answers begin to arrive everywhere.

Not quietly.

Loudly.

That’s what happened to me recently.

During a breathwork and meditation practice, I asked a question to something greater than me:

“What does the future of JP Empowerment look like, sound like, and feel like?”

And the response was immediate.

Not in words I had to decode.

But in a vision I could see.
A feeling I could embody.
A knowing that landed deep in my chest.

The future felt expansive.
Alive.
Powerful.

It looked like women gathering in spaces where they could finally drop the roles, the expectations, and the identities they’ve been carrying for everyone else.

It sounded like laughter, truth, deep conversations, and the kind of breakthroughs that only happen when women feel safe enough to be fully themselves.

And it felt like alignment.

But as humans, we often question even our clearest intuition.

So the universe decided to make the message impossible to ignore.

Within just a few hours after that meditation, I started seeing numbers everywhere.

  1.
    999.
    9999.

Over and over.

For many people who pay attention to energetic patterns, these numbers symbolize alignment, completion of an old cycle, and stepping into the next chapter.

It was as if something was saying:

“Yes. You’re on the path. Keep going.”

And then the synchronicities kept coming.

I was staying in Lancaster for the night. When I turned on the TV in my hotel room, the show Becoming Amish was playing.

The episode?

Filmed in Lancaster.

Same town name.
Two completely different places.
Showing up in the same moment.

The next morning, as I walked out of the hotel, the very first car I saw had a custom license plate that read:

“PassGass.”

I burst out laughing.

Because just the day before, my friend and I had been talking about how in my family the only “acceptable” way to acknowledge bodily gas was:

“Excuse me, I passed gas.”
or
“Excuse me, I flatulated.”

Never — under any circumstance — were we allowed to say the word farted.

So there I was… standing in a hotel parking lot staring at a license plate that perfectly mirrored a random conversation from the day before.

The universe clearly has a sense of humor.

But it wasn’t finished yet.

The night prior, my friend had taken me to dinner in the small town of Mineral Point. As we were walking through town, I casually said:

“This reminds me of a town in Maine.”

Later at the restaurant, I stepped into the restroom to freshen up.

As I turned my head, I saw a poster on the wall advertising a play at the local opera house.

The title?

“This Is Little Maine.”

At that point, I just smiled.

Because when you start noticing these moments, you realize something important:

They’re not coincidences.

They’re confirmations.

Alignment Reveals What Our Ego Often Tries to Dismiss

When we’re disconnected from ourselves, we move through life in our heads.

We analyze.
We overthink.
We try to control outcomes.

Our logical mind wants proof before we move.

But alignment doesn’t work that way.

Alignment begins inside.

It’s the moment when your inner being says:

“This is the direction.”

And instead of forcing the next step, you allow life to respond.

That’s when synchronicities begin to appear.

Conversations line up.
Opportunities appear.
Ideas flow.
People show up.

Because when you are in alignment…

You stop chasing.

You start attracting.

Alignment Isn’t About Roles — It’s About Identity

One of the biggest reasons people struggle to find alignment is because they’re trying to align with titles instead of truth.

We spend years identifying ourselves as:

Wife.
Mother.
Employee.
Caretaker.
Provider.
The responsible one.
The strong one.

And while those roles may be part of our lives, they are not our identity.

Alignment happens when you reconnect with who you are beneath the roles.

Your truth.
Your desires.
Your voice.
Your energy.

When you align with that version of yourself, life begins to reorganize around you.

Ways to Reconnect With Alignment

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re constantly pushing against life, here are a few ways to reconnect with your own alignment:

  1. Create quiet space
Alignment rarely speaks in chaos. Meditation, breathwork, walks, or journaling create space for your intuition to rise above the noise.
  2. Ask bigger questions
Instead of asking “What should I do next?” ask questions like:
What does my most aligned life feel like?
What version of me is trying to emerge?
  3. Notice the signs
Synchronicities don’t appear when we’re forcing outcomes. They appear when we’re open and aware.
  4. Release the need to control everything
Alignment is about partnership with life — not domination over it.
  5. Reconnect with your true identity
Who were you before the world told you who you had to be?

That version of you still exists.

And she’s waiting.
