7. Payments

Payment is required before services are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

JP Empowerment reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Cancel registrations
  • Limit participation
  • Decline future bookings

when necessary.

8. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated for a specific program or event, all coaching sessions, digital products, workshops, and online programs are non-refundable.

Retreats, live events, and group programs may have separate cancellation policies that will be provided at registration.

9. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients are responsible for arriving on time.

Sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice may be considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

JP Empowerment reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

10. User Content

If you submit comments, testimonials, photographs, reviews, or other content, you grant JP Empowerment a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for educational and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

You retain ownership of your original content.

11. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us.

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated respectfully and confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or where there is an immediate risk of harm.

Please note that coaching is not a legally protected confidential relationship in the same manner as licensed therapy or medical treatment.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may include links to third-party websites, software, scheduling platforms, payment processors, or resources.

JP Empowerment is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website, all services, programs, digital products, and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JP Empowerment and Jondrea Phelps-Hell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or participation in any coaching program, Hypnobreathwork® session, workshop, retreat, or service.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable service.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to mediation or binding arbitration as permitted under Wisconsin law.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website.
